By booking the Singing Car Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Entertainment Purpose Only

The Singing Car Experience is provided strictly for entertainment purposes. While we aim to create a fun, engaging, and memorable experience, specific songs, interactions, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Safety First

All setups, lighting, and equipment are operated with safety in mind. Guests must maintain a safe distance from the vehicle and lighting equipment at all times. No touching, climbing, or interfering with the vehicle or equipment is permitted.

Parental / Adult Supervision

For children’s parties, a responsible adult must be present at all times to supervise participants and ensure safe behavior around the setup.

Weather & Environment Conditions

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. In cases of rain, extreme wind, or unsafe conditions, the experience may be rescheduled or modified at our discretion.

Location Requirements

The client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible location with adequate space for setup. If the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable upon arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the setup.

Damage / Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions. Any damage caused to equipment due to guest interference may result in additional charges.
